Moshe responded within minutes to my enquiry (gas furnace not heating), researched the problem (after I gave him the error code) and called me back with the manufacturers recommended solution- which I was able to implement – and this solved the issue. All done over the phone at no cost. He even researched and quoted me in minutes the cost for a new control board (in case it was needed), Went out his way to be so helpful – very polite and helpful guy, highly recommended.

AMS saved US this past December. Without any warning our heating system went totally out of commission. After contacting AMS, they quickly scheduled a technician to come to our home the next day. I did my market research and his price was competitive and fair.AMS was able to procure the equipment needed within a day and we had a newly installed system a day later! I am so thankful.Beware of OTHER companies that lack decent customer service and inflate pricing. AMS provided the system we needed and we are more than pleased.
